According to their live “writers available online” stat, they never had more than 54 at any given time. This would seem to suggest that DarwinEssay.net might not be as popular as they claim. After all, most writing services employ hundreds of writers. But we will put that aside for the moment and focus on what they offer.

They website does not contain a page that features a list of their services. However, if you look at the price calculator on their homepage, you will notice that they offer a lot. Their services are separated into four types: writing, editing/proofreading, multiple-choice questions and problem solving (which we assume means homework problem sets).

DarwinEssay.net makes the process of finding out how much an order will cost quick and convenient thanks to their price table. The price per page takes into consideration the type of assignment, deadline, and academic level, although we are not entirely sure why they list “undergraduate” and “bachelor” when they mean the same thing. Confusion aside, their “undergraduate” paper starts at $9.00 per page with a 14-day deadline, making it one of the cheapest in the industry. Few companies can set prices that low without compromising on quality. Is DarwinEssay.net an acception?

They offer three freebies: a title page, reference page and the option of receiving 3 free revisions if your writer fails to follow your paper’s instructions. In addition, they provide a few add-ons for a free, including:

• Referred writer. A regular writer comes at no additional cost, but if you want to select a writer that worked on your previous orders or choose either an advanced writer or top writer, they tack on additional charges.

Quality

We paid around $42 for a 5-page undergraduate-level paper with a 14-day deadline. A very good price, but when we got our paper it was abundantly clear that the writer had zero motivation. To be frank, they did the bare minimum. Some of the sources were questionable and the writer was clearly not a native-English speaker. Just a flat-out lousy effort on the part of the writer.

Customer Support

The customer support team is available 24/7 and can be contacted by email, phone and live chat. However, just being available does not mean they will always fulfill their responsibilities. For instance, we contacted several agents and none of them knew English all that well. They were confused by our relatively simple questions about their discount program. If you have an urgent situation, it is hard to imagine how they will be able to help if they cannot understand you!

Usability

When we visited the website, we really did not have any issues with it. The design is nice, the homepage contains all of the necessary information, and a price calculator is likely to be the first thing you will notice. 

Feedback

We looked through the feedback on the website and it was all nothing but glowing reviews, which makes us question their legitimacy since even the best companies cannot satisfy their customers 100% of the time. There are a lot of third party websites that include reviews of DarwinEssay.net.net. Although a few customers are content with their orders, there are plenty of negative reviews. Receiving poorly written papers tends to be the most common complaint. 

Conclusion

While we like the fact that DarwinEssay.net makes themselves so accessible to students by offering some of the lowest prices in the custom writing industry, the fact that their writers are so thoroughly unqualified renders this meaningless. If you are looking for both affordability and talented writers, there are a lot of good companies out there. Unfortunately, for DarwinEssay.net, we do not regard them as one of them.
