We started our evaluation by investigating different facts about the company and exploring customers’ feedbacks online. First we decided to conduct a detailed overview of the company’s website and we must say it is amazing. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Besides, the design is bright and appealing. However, there is a huge disadvantage about the website – the information is so poorly organized that it can take years to find details and facts that you need.

When we filled out all the paper details and calculated the total price, we were surprised to reveal that the price was too high for an average student. We did not expect such high prices. We ordered a 3-page essay of high school level with a 10-day deadline. The sum we had to pay was $50.85. It is definitely not the most reasonable price for a high-school level paper.
Discounts
The company administration claims that they offer a 10% discount for first-time customers but the problem is that one cannot know what the reduced price will be as I do not know my initial price for the paper. However, there is a system of discounts for loyal customers depending on the total number of pages they ordered from the company. The discounts range from 5% to 10%. There are also coupon codes that may be offered on some special dates.
Quality of Services
Our assigned writer contacted us an hour later from the time we placed an order. We were impressed by this prompt work. Actually, this was the only one highlight concerning the quality of services the company provides. When we got the paper and looked through it, it was clear from the beginning that the assigned writer did not understand the instructions we sent. Therefore, we sent a revision request with clarifications on what needs to be done. Nonetheless, even after the revision, the paper was full of mistakes. We patiently pinpointed to the flaws again but the paper was not perfect any way. On the whole, it was clear from the beginning that writer was incompetent in the subject.

The academic writing service the company provides is poor either. We received a low-quality paper even though we were promised top-notch writing. The writers are obviously not native speakers and they do not have the necessary qualifications as our topic was not comprehensively discussed. Furthermore, the company’s website contains a blog with writing tips and strategies; however, it is impossible to read it as the texts are full of mistakes.
